UP TO DATE INFORMATION - Update on latest innovations happening in the Home Furnishing, Home Textiles such as bedding, Rugs & Carpets, Home décor, Furniture, Glassware etc. in India.
Product sourcing - Finding new products from the whole of the Market and making sure that the products they show their clients are not only suitable but are good examples of both quality and value also finding the product as per clients specifications in Home Textiles and handicraft products.
Product Design and Development - We also have access to off-Market products through their network of contacts. Also design and develop the Home Furnishings and handicrafts as per the guidelines from clients.
Price, Quantity and lead time negotiation - Buying agents represent the buyer's interests and normally undertake negotiations on their behalf to acquire products for the best possible price and terms. We work only on behalf of our clients so when the products are is being negotiated upon, they must have their clients interests at heart at all times.
Order placement - We accompany our clients to supplier's showrooms for selection of the products such as home Furnishing or handicrafts and buying the products.
Quality Assurance - We also escort our clients to production centers, manufacturing units to be acquainted with the process of production for home furnishing and handicrafts in India. We also provide all necessary technical knowledge in the buying process from raw materials, manufacturers, fabricators, labeling and packaging, finishing & packing etc., to ensure the products made are a solid purchase. We follow the process right through to completion.
Inspections - We conduct Inspections and various checks at different stages of production of Home Furnishing or Handicrafts from raw Material to finished products. Inspection at different stages such as raw material, Initial production stage, inline inspections, midline inspection, labeling and packaging inspections, Final finished goods and the final packed stage are carried out. If satisfied with the quality as per AQL or buyer's guideline of inspection plan then only shipment is sent and if the quality is not meeting the clients requirements then the shipment is put on hold or rescan and must advise our clients accordingly with no self interest for our own fee.
Production updates - We update our clients weekly or fortnightly on the production or on the sampling
Logistic Support - We do negotiate with the forwarding companies to get the best price for forwarding the goods to client's port on behalf of our clients once they agree and this monetary gain passed to them.
Any damage / Claim / any other issue negotiation - We do negotiate any damage or quality issue or any other concern as per buyer's guideline.
Our service charges / commission / fees are very competitive. We also accept the fees as per our clients offer if the quantities are huge.
